Scope of the Demo and Identity
The Harbour Lanterns demo is a self-contained virtual experience using only coins with no real cash value. There is no cashier, no deposit or withdrawal system, and no KYC process. The brand identity is unverified, meaning this guide does not certify the external business or its commercial status. The demo is intended for adults aged 18 and above, though this is a policy guideline rather than a strict legal age gate.
Wallet Mechanics and Settlement
The game starts with a balance of 1,000 virtual coins. A stake is deducted immediately upon starting a round. Gross returns include the stake and are paid out automatically after 650 milliseconds. Any fractional carry is preserved in a separate field and added to the next settlement. Manual restoration sets the balance to 1,000 only if the user is idle and the balance drops below 5 coins.
Reloading and Data Storage
Reloading the page during a round results in the loss of the debited stake with no refund or resume option. Wallet data, including balance and fractional carry, is stored in the browser's localStorage. The site may use third-party resources like Google Fonts and analytics scripts, but data retention policies are not established. Clearing cache does not remove this specific local storage data.
